    Do you have an eye for detail? Are you interested in drawing and design? If so, this might just be the best career start for you!
    In this role you will be required to assist in the manufacturing of all types of signs and large format printing.

    The Daily Deal

    As a Signwriting apprentice you will learn the tools of the trade while working alongside a team of highly skilled workers. Here are just some of the duties you will be responsible for:

  • Weeding computer cut vinyl.
  • Masking and application of vinyl.
  • Mounting digital prints onto substrates.
  • Laminating digital prints.
  • Cutting and trimming substrates and digital prints.
  • Cleaning vehicles before application.
  • Cleaning factory floor, work benches, and maintaining signage tools.
  • Assist in the installation of signs.
  • Assist in the preparation of artwork (graphic design).

    • Do you have what it takes?

    The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Can follow instructions both verbal and printed i.e.(artwork layout).
  • Can work effectively unsupervised.
  • Must have a good phone manner, (not afraid to talk to customers).
  • Energetic and willing to learn all aspects of the signage industry.
  • Must be able to work at various heights.
  • comfortable working with computers
