Trainee Hospitality (Operations)

Employees have a variety of operational responsibilities, including serving food and drink, front office reception. This traineeship takes 12 months to complete.

Duties May Include:

  • Follow health, safety and security procedures;
  • Follow workplace hygiene procedures;
  • Promote products and services to customers;
  • Communicate on the telephone;
  • Deal with conflict situations;
  • Provide a link between kitchen and service areas.

Personal Requirements:

  • able to work varying shifts as needed;
  • good communication skills;
  • good memory;
  • polite, friendly, efficient and speedy; and
  • well presented.

Education & Training:

  • Minimum year 10 with good results in English and Maths
